The high acidity of this coffee produces a sweet chocolate fragrance and flavor. It is very bright and is complimented by a slightly darker roast that adds body. The body is smooth on the tongue with a lingering finish. This coffee becomes even more balanced and flavorful as is cools.

The blend is complex yet well rounded, sweet, nutty, spicy, floral and with lots of fruit.

The blend consists of coffees from Peru, Guatemala and Costa Rica. The beans are roasted to a medium degree.

Although the blend is designed for use as espresso, its components can be appreciated with other coffee preparation methods, particularly with a French Press.
